We work directly with suppliers in the US, Canada to fulfill your order, which are then shipped directly to you. This allows us to offer a diverse product selection without maintaining physical inventory. Below are the details regarding shipping, processing times, and delivery expectations.
Processing Time
Order Processing: Once you place an order, it is automatically synced to our Order Center for fulfillment. Our suppliers typically process orders within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Custom or Specialized Products: Certain items may require additional processing time. If this applies to your order, we’ll notify you via email.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the supplier’s shipping method. Below are estimated delivery times after processing:
US Shipments:
Standard Shipping: 9-12 business days (via Zopi Fulfillment Service with US-based services suppliers).
Expedited Shipping: Not currently offered, but we’ll inform you if faster options become available.
International Shipments:
Canada Standard Shipping: 9-15 business days days (via Zopi Suppliers Service or platforms like AliExpress).
Other Countries (e.g., Spain, Mexico, Italy, Germany, Australia, Brazil): 12-30 business days, depending on the supplier and destination.
Temu Express Shipping: For orders sourced through Temu, delivery typically takes 4-9 business days for A shipping fee of $12.35 applies to orders under $129.99; orders, $129 are free free shipping.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors like customs clearance, local postal delays, or supplier logistics. For Brazil shipments, additional customs fees (calculated as order amount * 30% * 30%) may apply upon receipt, as per local regulations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and supplier’s shipping method.
For Temu-sourced products, a $12.35 shipping fee applies to orders under $129.99, while orders over $129 qualify for free express shipping.
We strive to keep shipping costs competitive and transparent. Any additional fees (e.g., customs duties or taxes for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you don’t see tracking updates, please check your spam folder or contact us. Note that tracking may take 2-3 days to activate after the supplier generates the code.
Shipping Issues
Incorrect Shipping Information: Orders with invalid details (e.g., missing phone number for AliExpress shipments) may fail to process. We’ll contact you to resolve such issues promptly.
Delays or Lost Packages: If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us within 30 days of shipment. We’ll work with our suppliers to investigate and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll coordinate with the supplier for a replacement or refund.

Supplier Coordination: As we work with multiple suppliers (e.g., AliExpress, Temu, Zopi Suppliers), shipping origins may vary. Some products may ship from China, the US, or other locations, impacting delivery times.
Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We recommend checking local regulations before ordering.
Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they are processed by the supplier. Once processing begins, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
